All Best Western hotels offer a chance to enjoy a breakfast whether it is served in a breakfast room, restaurant or by room service. The breakfast pricing policy depends from hotel to hotel. Best Western rate plans clearly indicate if breakfast is included or not.

 

How can I make a special request regarding my stay?

Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for rollaway beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly.

What if I left an item at a hotel?

For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.

Can I leave my luggage to the hotel for storage after check-out?

Guests of Best Western hotels may leave their luggage for storage up to 6 hours after check-out.
