The BEST WESTERN Krakow Old Town is ideally located in the very heart of the Old Town, no more than a stone’s throw from the Main Market Square, the Royal Castle on Wawel Hill and Kazimierz, the historical Jewish quarter, and close to the numerous attractions of ancient Krakow. Amenities

The hotel has 91 rooms; KING STANDARD, DOUBLE and TWIN STANDARD, TWIN LUX, DOUBLE and TWIN JAZZ and TWIN SUPERIOR JAZZ. All the rooms are non-smoking and are furnished with a TV, radio-alarm, telephone, hairdryer and free-of-charge Internet access. For our guests’ added comfort, our LUX and SUPERIOR JAZZ rooms offer tea- and coffee-making facilities and an extra sitting area.

All our public spaces are adapted to serve the requirements of disabled guests and we also offer rooms equipped to meet their needs.

Rooms are available from 2.00 PM on the day of arrival and guests are kindly requested to vacate them by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

Restaurant

The hotel’s expansive and elegant restaurant offers exquisite Polish and European cuisine and its spacious surroundings provide the perfect place for banquets, parties, wedding receptions and gatherings on every kind of occasion. A buffet breakfast is served every day between 7.00 and 10.00 PM.  The restaurant is open from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM.  The Drink Bar welcomes those in search of a little relaxation over a delicious drink or two, any time from 12.00 noon to 11.00 PM. Then, after relishing the delicacies serves up in the restaurant, what could be better than dropping in to our Drink Bar, with its extensive range of drinks and desserts?

Meetings

At the hotel, we guarantee superb working conditions, a place tailor-made for relaxing in the heart of Krakow and an agreeable atmosphere in which to hold business meetings. We offer professional conference facilities; the capacious Park conference room, and the more intimate Small meeting room are both furnished with up-to-the-minute equipment, making the Hotel an ideal place for holding professional training courses and small-scale business meetings alike.

The conference rooms are furnished with: WiFi Internet access, air conditioning, TV, video, a screen, a flipchart and a multimedia projector. We can also arrange a variety of refreshment breaks, lunches and so forth, as required
