Best Meeting package is something you find from our hotels hosting meetings. The package includes the most requested services/amenities. Whether you organize one or several meetings in a year, by choosing Best Western hotel with Best Meeting package, you save both time and nerves but also money! Send your meeting request through our website – if the location has more than one Best Western hotels, you get tailored offer from all available hotels.

 

Best Meeting* package includes at least the following:

                

  • Centralized Best Meeting request form on our website
  • Catering: morning and afternoon coffee, lunch
  • Meeting room rent
  • Free Internet connection in the meeting room to the participants
  • Data/LCD projector in the meeting room
  • Refreshing ice water served throughout the meeting
  • Meeting host at your service throughout the meeting
  • Does your company have corporate agreement with Best Western? If so, we grant special discount to the meeting organizer.

 

Hotel may include other services/amenities to the Best Meeting offer. These are listed into the offer.

 

Our meeting rates are based on the availability. Therefore e.g. rates for meetings held during weekdays may differ from the weekend rates.
